Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud environments.
- Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Build and optimize automations using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio in Marketing Cloud.
- Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect for integration with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration or data issues.
- Build reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement CRM/marketing solutions.
Required Skills: - Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and data segmentation.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrating with Sales Cloud.
- Understanding of marketing automation and customer segmentation strategies.
- Strong data management and reporting skills.
Preferred Certifications: - Salesforce Admin
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
