Maintain and manage all relevant booking information and documentation accurately.

Book flights and accommodation and customer needs.

Ensure timely delivery of all client and guide documentation in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Ideal Candidate: -
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service

2 3 years of administrative experience

Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Previous experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.

Confident and professional in building and maintaining client and partner relationships.

Strong budgeting skills with the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
