Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sales Training Developer to join a specialty pharmaceutical company in Virginia. This person will play a key role in developing and executing training programs tailored to account management teams. This role will focus on strengthening strategic account management capabilities, enhancing business acumen in Organized Health Systems (OHS) and Criminal Justice Systems (CJS) while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role incorporates a customer-focused approach to compliant account training and development, including consultative skills, managed care and market development skills. This position may also develop and implement sales and sales leadership specific training programs; plan, organize, and facilitate field focused training events.

Skills and Requirements
- 3 years of account management experience working with either organized health systems and/or the criminal justice system
- 3 years in formal healthcare or pharmaceutical sales training - Bachelors Degree null
