Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)

Our Sales Manager is responsible for building, training, and managing the productivity of the sales team and ensuring that everyone is focused on our customers' needs as we reward excellence. Qualifications:
• 5+ years of home improvement/construction sales experience.
• 2+ years of management, teaching, or coaching experience.
• Must be knowledgeable in roofing, siding, and windows.
• Experience in B2C sales (proven results utilizing a company sales process/system).
• Strong organization, detail orientation, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
• Confidence in public speaking.
• Strong leadership skills are required (desire to mentor others).
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Experience/Knowledge of:
Sales, Restoration, Business Development, Field Sales, Construction, Renovation, Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Remodeling, Leads, Prospects, Sales Lead Generation, Insurance, Repairs, Roofing Exterior Construction Restoration, B2C.
Requirements:
• Manage and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly sales goals.
• Onboard, train, and coach new salespeople to enable them to quickly become productive and expand market territory.
• Develop and implement short and long-term sales plans.
• Manage and disperse inbound leads.
• Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable when expectations are not met.
• Evaluate new market opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, and industry/professional groups.
• Other duties as assigned.
