Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Sales Territory Manager. We are looking for a motivated professional to lead the sales of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems and Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) equipment. This role is pivotal in collaborating with healthcare providers and clinical staff to seamlessly integrate our innovative solutions into patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Strategize and execute a sales plan that drives revenue and expands market presence for CGM systems and CPAP equipment. Engage potential physician customers, collaborate with insurance carriers, and establish strategic partnerships to enhance outreach.
  • Product Promotion and Education: Lead impactful product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, illustrating the advantages of our CGM and CPAP solutions. Provide essential training and ongoing support to medical staff to ensure they are equipped to utilize our products effectively.
  • Territory Management: Optimize your designated territory for maximum sales potential and customer interaction. Stay informed on sales metrics, report progress, and work closely with internal teams to assure timely service and order fulfillment.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Uphold all sales practices in accordance with company standards and regulatory guidelines. Maintain precise records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of success in sales, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems and CPAP devices highly valued.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • A valid driver's license with readiness to travel within the designated territory.
