Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs), guiding them through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Drive the team to meet and exceed bi-weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure DSRs are informed and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services and pricing, equipping your team to engage effectively with customers.
- Provide individualized coaching and conduct team meetings to enhance sales capabilities and foster profitable growth.
- Engage with sales personnel and management routinely to assess sales activities, customer retention, and performance, while identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements: - A minimum of two years in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in telecommunications.
- Demonstrated sales success and management experience.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with minimal travel required.
- Basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle are essential.
