What You'll Do:
  • Act as the primary point of contact to build enduring relationships with customers.
  • Manage your portfolio effectively through productivity and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal business partners to enhance customer offerings.
  • Ensure current clients are satisfied, delivering excellent client service daily.
  • Oversee existing customer accounts to boost sales and meet profit targets.
  • Consistently meet or surpass productivity metrics and goals set by the company.
  • Forge and cultivate strong internal and external business relationships.
  • Engage in outbound sales calls to expand the customer base.
  • Educate customers about our diverse products, programs, and opportunities for consolidation.

  • Capability to engage with multiple buyer levels within small to mid-sized companies.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, along with effective relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated account management experience or other relevant sales experience.
  • Creative and cognitive thinking skills to approach challenges innovatively.
  • Advanced business acumen with a strategic mindset in sales.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and competent computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adjust well to change while working in a dynamic environment.
