Schedule: - Biweekly Mondays plus additional training days as needed in our Allentown, PA office.
- Tuesday through Friday - field visits with the sales team.
Position Responsibilities - Recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of 8-10 sales representatives.
- Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to foster close relationships with strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training programs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for enhancements.
Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's Degree.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales/Sales management with proven leadership and coaching abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory, with occasional travel to Uline's other North American locations.
