A SaaS start-up that sells an AI tool into the recruitment industry. They have exploded in the UK market despite being relatively young, and having now made some great progress in the US, are looking to build their founding US sales team.


Their tool automates all back & mid-office activities, saving firms heaps of money, time and ensures complete efficiency and accuracy.


The tool works so well that two of their customers have actually decided to invest in the business. With the UK commercial team smashing it, attention now turns to the States, and they're in need of a player-coach who will be a future business leader.


The Role

This is a player-coach role, someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in and selling, but also has a methodical approach and can manage 2 AEs to also crush target. You'll be responsible for the US Team's target (note that if you get your team overperforming, your focus can shift predominantly to management.). The role will eventually progress to a key leader in the business, and they are keen to replicate the success from the UK team over in the US.

  • Managing your team's quota & mentoring 2 full-cycle sales reps.
  • Managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Reporting to the Sales Director on metrics, KPIs and target attainment.
  • Working closely with the UK sales team.
  • Providing coaching and training opportunities to the team.
