Your Role:
As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth while leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
You will:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed performance targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Novatech's customer base in Jackson, TN.
- Build lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Actively prospect and engage with potential customers through cold calling and lead follow-up.
- Provide hands-on coaching to sales representatives to help them achieve their full potential.
- Monitor market trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities to leadership.
What You Bring to Novatech:
- A proven track record in sales, with at least two years of leadership experience.
- A strong ability to coach and develop a successful sales team.
- Excellent business acumen and an ability to strategize and close deals.
- A relationship-driven approach to sales and client engagement.
- A bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Residence in Jackson, TN is required.
