About the role As a Sales System Architect, you'll take the lead in architecting and designing Salesforce solutions that support sales operations, including Account/Opportunity management, forecasting, and more. You'll collaborate with teams like Sales Operations, Customer Success, Partner Operations, and Finance to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
What you'll do:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Define the "what" and "why" for various features, such as opportunity stages and territory management.
- Create test cases and run UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions with stakeholders.
- Keep the end-to-end picture in mind when designing solutions.
- Mentor junior analysts and take ownership of workstreams within Salesforce projects.
- Act as the go-to expert for all things related to Sales Cloud.
What makes you ideal:
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Architect in Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and engaging with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in process mapping, writing user stories, and managing stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (at least one of the following: Salesforce Business Analyst, Advanced Admin).
