Under the supervision of the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing sales and administrative support.
Sales Support responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain product information within the customer portal/sites as well as internal systems.
- Handle all administrative duties to support the Sales team, including sales presentations, shipping product samples, and various reporting.
Pricing Management responsibilities
- Enter, maintain, and validate all product and customer pricing files.
- Work closely with the Sales team, ensuring the implementation of product price changes.
- Validate sales order pricing.
Marketing Support responsibilities:
- Craft and maintain product content.
- Initiate requests, including sales sheets, photography, and various sales collaterals from the internal Graphics team.
- Assist in proofing all marketing materials, including packaging, catalogs, etc.
- Audit internal and external website content for accuracy and consistency.
Tradeshow/Event Support responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Marketing Management team to meet all event deadlines and needs.
- Coordinate and implement all booth logistics, including booth services, maintenance, shipping of booth, and arranging travel and accommodations of staff, and other applicable duties as required.
- Attend, assist, or arrange logistics for booth set up and dismantling, act as on-site point of contact for the event, and interface with show attendees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Sales or Marketing Support role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong and consistent attention to detail
- Deadline oriented with strong organization skills.
- Excels in time management, multi-tasking, and balancing multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and capability to take on special assignments/projects as directed by supervisor.
- Some travel required.
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
