Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

DIRECT HIRE

Pay: $20-$23/hr - Depending on Experience

Location: Fort Worth, TX - 76102 - 100% onsite.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

JOB SUMMARY: The position of Customer Service Specialist is responsible to deliver a high standard of service for inventory and order management. Responsibilities include order processing for Customers, Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Sales Representatives, responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, products and services.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently enter orders following best practices and proper steps to ensure accurate data entry

  • Daily processing of multiple types of order requests, following special instructions from customers and the sales team in a timely manner

  • Order types include but are not limited to: Purchase Orders, Bill-Only Orders, transfer order, literature requests, drop-ship orders

  • Understand customer relationships, such as IDN and GPO affiliation & pricing

  • Understand the requirements for processing orders, pricing, order minimums and shipping charger

  • Enter Bill-Only Case Sheets within 24 hours of receipt

  • Process debit, credit and return requests accurately with approval when required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma and 2 years of college or equivalent in business is preferred

  • 2 years of Customer Service experience in a Customer Service environment.

  • Strong technical, analytical, communication and teamwork skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite knowledge is a must

  • Strong process orientation, problem solving, and multitasking skills

  • Responsive, confident, energetic, honest and personable

  • Self-drive, results oriented with a positive outlook with a clear focus on quality and customer satisfaction

  • Adaptability to work independently and within a team environment, in an open office, shared workspace setting, while maintaining productivity and efficiency
