About This Role: Insight Global is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated professional to support one of our top-producing Account Managers on a one-to-one basis. This role will be responsible for general sales, administrative, and consultant support. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between our customers, consultants, account management and back-office functions. This role includes daily interactions with onsite consultants and customers and requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.



What You'll Do:

Sales Support

  • Support the Account Manager with administrative and customer service tasks
  • Generate and manage leads and call sheet targets
  • Create and update sales documents, decks, and reports
  • Use and maintain CRM systems and tools (P-Zone/Atlis)
  • Attend and host meetings as needed with both external clients and internal teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers as an extension of the Account Manager
  • Partner with Strategic Accounts to understand and help meet their expectations and priorities for account success
  • Attend and contribute to field initiatives, sales events, morning Zone meetings, trainings, company/team calls, quarterly wraps, goals, and reports

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with recruiters to manage paperwork, compliance, and payroll requirements for new hire onboarding
  • Create and maintain systems to assist Account Manager in sales and recruiting related efforts, including but not limited to: candidate and consultant tracking, business pipeline documents, invoicing spreadsheets, etc.
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks such as creating org charts, SOWs, market research, managing ABOL accounts, running credit checks, processing write off approvals, and completing cyber trainings
  • Assist with AM-specific tasks such as submitting expenses, mailbox management, sales activity documentation, and weekly statistics
  • Partner with Evergreen to support advanced services within the AM's portfolio as needed

Consultant Support

  • Manage and coordinate engagement activities for contractors, recruiters, and Account Managers in accordance with the outlined Engage structure/Consultant Roster
  • Strategically leverage the Engage process to identify business, maintain a brand of care, and increase market share with our clients
  • Prioritize accuracy of system end dates and contract ending emails
  • Handle any consultant questions, issues, or escalations related to payroll, benefits, expenses, timesheets, etc.
  • Ensure timely and proper entry, approval, verification, and commission releases as it pertains to timesheets
