QZ Solutions is looking to immediately hire self-motivated, positive, and passionate candidates to develop into Entry Level Sales Support Representatives. Ideal candidates are seeking professional growth, a great work atmosphere, and opportunity for the future. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a major plus for the role but are not necessary to apply.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Support Representative :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints directly face to face with customers
- Provide information about the products and services by our client which can change and vary depending on the campaign needs
- Troubleshoot, resolve product issues, concerns while reporting directly to the management team
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Support Representative:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
