POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Support Representative supports our Account Management and New Business Development representatives. This customer-centric role requires high accuracy, attention to detail, impeccable verbal and written skills, the ability to resolve customer issues creatively, and the ability to learn/adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate order entry and fulfillment
- Quote potential customers via phone and email
- Effective customer follow-ups and closing deals
- Handle issues with in-progress orders creatively and efficiently by coordinating with internal departments
- Daily communication with the Account Manager regarding accounts at risk or new trends/opportunities
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts and during the Account Manager's absence
- Deliver industry-leading service and resolve issues completely in every interaction
- Achieve and exceed set key KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS
- Multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of key-use programs including:
- Microsoft Office
- Salesforce (preferred)
- Adobe InDesign (experience a plus)
- SAGE (experience a plus)
