About the role:
The Sales Support analyst will process contracts, and quotes and perform other operational functions for the Blackbaud direct sales organization. This individual will assist departmental managers and employees in all facets of internal sales processing procedures, as well as maintain and update the division's CRM and internal systems.
What you'll do:
- Review and process quotes and contracts (Salesforce CPQ)
- Assist with research, data entry, and service of renewals and other contracts
- Data entry/Data Health projects
- Work with internal databases to ensure accuracy
- Maintain the cleanliness of the system and respond to any changes to accounts opportunities and sales territories
- Assist with training and documentation of system processes
- Accurately and consistently utilize internal software applications: MS Outlook MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Salesforce CPQ, and Echosign.
- Identify and assist with finding areas of operational efficiency and process improvement
