Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitates the organization of workflow and appointments through the efficient management of correspondence, customer data, and task assignments.
- Oversees the management of incoming internet leads originating from various sources, including company websites and external partners.
- Engages in proactive outreach through phone calls, texting, webinars, and other communication channels to initiate client interactions and appointment scheduling.
- Demonstrates professionalism in responding to customer inquiries through in-person interactions and telephone conversations, directing queries appropriately.
- Safeguards operational integrity by upholding strict confidentiality standards while handling sensitive customer information.
- Utilizes efficient filing and retrieval systems to maintain accurate historical records for future reference.
- Manages phone calls and emails proficiently, scheduling, confirming, and recording appointments in the company's database.
- Effectively communicates with agents, team members & leadership to drive the overall success of the organization.
- Actively participates in team endeavors, achieving aligned goals and objectives through collaborative efforts.
- Provides precise appointment forecasts and strategically allocates resources to meet targeted objectives.
- Assist in special projects and/or other duties as assigned by management.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, cold calling, in-person sales or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to engage and persuade over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using technology for communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software.
