Job Title: Account Coordinator

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + Benefits

Summary:

The Account Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of projects, while managing the communication between clients and internal teams. This role involves coordinating project timelines, ensuring client requirements are met, and overseeing all aspects of the project from client artwork approvals to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.


Responsibilities (Included but not Limited To):

  • Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met
  • Coordinate with clients to collect artwork, secure approvals, and manage the timely delivery of all finished goods
  • Facilitate communication ensuring all client expectations are met
  • Organize project-related materials in designated folders for easy access and reference
  • Coordinate with the clients all mailing logistics
  • Manage client communication for all data requirements regarding mailing, including invalid records, data files, and pull lists
  • Review invoice documentation for accuracy before submission to clients
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and/or internal teams
  • Conduct postmortem reviews with clients to assess project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Educate clients on best practices for print production, mailing logistics, and data preparation
  • Participate in sales calls or demonstrations to provide technical insights on production capabilities
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand production processes and requirements
  • Maintain and strengthen ongoing client relationships through regular communication and support
  • Travel for client visits or industry conferences to build relationships, stay informed on industry trends, and ensure client satisfaction


  • Experience in account management, preferably within the print industry
  • Ability to manage timelines and coordinate across multiple departments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Proficiency in data management and familiarity with Tharstern
  • Attention to detail in managing project documentation and approvals
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and meets deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer contact skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with USPS mailing processes, data handling, commercial print management, and election production management
  • Familiarity with printing processes, including proofing, artwork approvals, and inventory management
