The Duties of a Sales Support Associate include:

  • Assist in the development and execution of client service and sales initiatives for a designated client within a specific territory
  • Manage consumer interactions by leveraging relationship-building techniques, active listening, and trust-building strategies
  • Actively identify and resolve potential issues related to products or services, respond to consumer requests, and relay feedback for client improvements
  • Participate in creating and updating training materials, ensuring they reflect the latest product, compliance, and promotional updates
  • Engage with local consumers to elevate brand visibility, drive sales opportunities, and help increase market share for our clients
  • Collaborate with fellow Sales Support Associates and sales colleagues to improve sales techniques and relay customer feedback

You Qualify to be a Sales Support Associate if you have:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing position
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment
  • Familiarity with core marketing or sales strategies and communication techniques
  • Proven ability to foster positive, long-term relationships with both clients and team members

Required Education and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Direct experience working with clients or customers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-driven, energetic, and motivated attitude with a dynamic personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team player mentality
