This position is a key part of the U3000 Sales Team responsible for supporting various aspects of the sales commission process including but not limited to producing CBAF and analysis of commissions processing for the segment. There will be a relationship regionally with sales teams, matrix partners and leadership team. The role will also have some external responsibilities with Brokers by providing back-up support to the Sales team on escalated commission issues. This person must be capable of working independently while demonstrating sound judgment.
Primary responsibilities will be analysis of sales commission process. Owning submission of CBAF/BOR and keeping sales team advised on processing and issues. Knowledge of SFDC, Docusign, reporting tools and resources is also critical. This person must be professional and knowledgeable, able to answer general and case-specific questions. Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work under tight time constraints are necessary.
Responsibilities: - Able to process high volumes of routine producer transactions by partnering with Partner with the New Business Manager and/or Client Manger to ensure that the Clients' needs and expectations are met
- Act as point person for sales for Client and /or Broker commission question Ability to build relationships with sales and commission partners
- Interact with other departments regarding the payment of commissions
- Respond to inquiries from business partners and/or external producers in accordance with defined metrics in a clear, customer focused and professional manner.
- Proactively follow-up with Broker on any missing, incomplete information
- Identify and own the required paperwork for installation of new business and renewals while ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor the sales timeline to ensure adherence
- Audit compensation payments (commissions) including performing audits
- Research and resolve compensation issues
- Maintain OneNote entries to resolve discrepancies
- Develop detailed knowledge of commission schedules
- Act as a resource to Manager and other team members on special projects
- Provide out-of-office support as needed
- Support departmental projects and improvement initiatives
- Understands and manages various systems across the multiple business segments
- Meet and exceed timing and quality standards.
- Consistently demonstrate strong planning, organization and time management skills
- Participate in training on new systems, programs and processes and identify possible training needs
- Establish solid rapport with internal matrix partners and external producers

Qualifications: - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer is required

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 23 - 35 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
