RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in tandem with senior Sales staff to support our Brokers and achieve sales targets.
o Analyze inbound requests for proposals, coordinate responses and planning with internal Sales staff
o Act as a primary point of contact for tracking opportunities, responding to partner enquiries, and gathering data/ information needed to create competitive bids to serve customer energy needs
o Effectively manage changes to commercial bids and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
o Engage with diverse internal stakeholders to gather feedback and input on commercial decisions
o Understand each broker's unique business model and implement effective strategies of communication
o Proactively consult with existing brokers to identify needs and promote commercial products
o Respond to inbound commercial requests and queries via telephone and email from our broker partners
o Provide follow-up to pending Broker requests and communicate effective resolution
o Analyze complex transaction requests, manage the communication between many internal stakeholders, and provide detailed feedback to external partners
o Develop product, market, and process knowledge to be a resource for our partners
o Develop and utilize sales skills to manage and influence close ratio of broker business
o Assist with other projects as assigned by Management
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree
• Retail energy industry experience preferred but not required
• Best-in-class written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to drive results with a strong competitive push to be the best
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make quick, fact-based decisions
• Ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple systems which support Freepoint Energy Solutions customers
