SNI is partnering with a reputable Aerospace manufacturing company in New Haven County looking for a Sales & Supply Chain Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage a customer account portfolio including order processing, quotations, forecasts, and project updates.
  • Resolve customer issues, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain high service responsiveness.
  • Collaborate across departments to develop cost models, long-term proposals, and production forecasts.
  • Monitor receivables and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely collections.
  • Supervise one Production Planner and contribute to plant business planning and budgeting.
Qualifications:
  • Required:
  • BS degree
  • 3+ years in customer service, sales, or production control/planning
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Power BI preferred
  • Preferred:
  • Aerospace industry experience
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
