Sales Supervisor

1. Direct and supervise teams to handle, develop, and maintain customer accounts and records.
2. Create and develop sales channels catered to major retailers such as Costco and Lowe's.
3. Lead the sales team; establishing sales projections, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to ensure that sales goals are met.
4. Provide sales staff with assistance in performing sales related duties such as verifying contract details, preparing sales orders, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, as well as tracking invoice/sales receipts, etc.
5. Organize and coordinate the sales team schedule, allocating workload to ensure given tasks are done properly and efficiently.
