As a Retail Stylist, you will promote sales by providing expert knowledge, superior service, styling, merchandising, and building strong customer relations with our coveted clients. - Greet, welcome, and style customers
- Identify clients' needs and help them find clothing items that fit their style and body type
- Ability to learn and convey each brands' style
- Offer personalized styling tips
- Pick and recommend shoes and accessories that compliment clients' outfits
- Answer customers' questions about specific brands or styles
- Inform customers about fashion trends
- Suggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looks
- Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Skills
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships with customers, as well as team members
- Able to work as a team
- A true commitment to excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- 3-5 years of retail sales required; college degree preferred
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Basic math skills sufficient to complete orders, calculate inventory, and manage cash registers
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel and carry products in order to perform and cover all workfloor duties
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example
