About the Role
We are seeking friendly, outgoing, and community-oriented individuals to join us as Commission-Based Sales Representatives. This is a flexible, people-focused opportunity where your communication skills and passion for helping others will directly translate into income.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers and introduce them to Ronbow's products and services
- Educate clients on the benefits of Ronbow's custom cabinetry solutions
- Generate qualified leads and submit them through our tracking system
- Represent the Ronbow brand professionally and positively in community settings
- Coordinate with internal teams for design consultations and follow-ups
- Maintain communication with prospects and guide them toward next steps
