Position Overview:

We're looking for a Sales Representative to help drive new business. This is a high-impact role responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals across our full suite of managed IT services. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cold call, and network to generate qualified leads
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of small and mid-sized business prospects
  • Present and sell managed IT services, including helpdesk, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and solution presentations
  • Work closely with technical teams to tailor proposals and close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Attend local events, networking groups, or webinars as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT services, MSP, SaaS, or B2B environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to manage the full sales cycle
  • Familiarity with managed services or cloud technology is a plus
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with rejection
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
