Compensation: $75k-$90k + commission.

This role does not require you to be on site every day as you will be in the field visiting clients, but it is headquartered in San Antonio.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Refrigeration Service Sales Representative to join

our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Refrigeration systems and sales,

with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves identifying and

pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on

Refrigeration solutions tailored to their needs.


Responsibilities:


• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Refrigeration service market.


• Identify and pursue new preventative multi-year maintenance agreements.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.


• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend

appropriate Refrigeration solutions.


• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our

products and services.


• Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized Refrigeration solutions that

meet client requirements.


• Negotiate pricing and agreements with clients to ensure profitable sales transactions.


• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, developments, and competitor activities.


• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns

they may have.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or three (3) years of HVAC or

Refrigeration sales preferred.


• Proven track record of success in HVAC or Refrigeration sales.


• Strong knowledge of Refrigeration systems and equipment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to effectively present and explain technical information to clients.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.


• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
