We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. This individual must have a hunter mentality constantly seeking new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, site visits, and lead follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, facility managers, general contractors, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to assess roofing needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and estimators, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and competitors to effectively position our services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM software.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in commercial sales (Preferred) or related construction sales field.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of roofing systems and explain solutions to clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• A valid driver's license is a must. Preferred Qualifications:
• Existing network of industry contacts.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation methods.
• Experience using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
