Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and setting appointments for our outside sales team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong persuasion skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes loud, sales environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls, inbound calls and follow-ups to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the outside sales team.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and best determine best steps.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with precision and accurate customer information.
  • Follow up with leads on a regular basis to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity (calls) goals
  • Work closely with the entire sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Attend 1-2 monthly outreach events to interact with potential clients.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate information to potential clients.
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Education: High school diploma required; college degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in appointment scheduling, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Computer Usage, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other sales-related tools.

Preferred Skills
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Confident: Must have the confidence to seek clarification and ask questions when needed to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Sales Ability: Ability to persuade, handle objections, and build rapport with potential clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
  • Self-Motivation: Goal-driven and self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and achieve targets. Must be able to follow verbal instructions and take appropriate action.
  • Resilience: Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection in a professional manner.
Travel Requirement: Travel not required, but must be able to attend marketing events and luncheons with our Business Development Manager 1-2 times a month
