Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative - Oilfield Operations to support field-based sales efforts and strengthen client relationships at rig sites. As the primary on-site representative of Sooner's TerraTech Services, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, aligning service delivery with customer expectations, and promoting our full range of solutions to drive engagement and profitability.

A solid understanding of casing, tubing, and trucking is essential for providing technical support, building credibility with rig personnel, and effectively presenting tailored service offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the on-site sales liaison at rig locations, building strong client relationships and ensuring service satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Sooner's TerraTech Services, and related offerings.
  • Offer technical support and expertise at the rigs where needed.
  • Track and report client needs, feedback, and future service opportunities to the sales and operations teams.
  • Maintain detailed daily logs of client interactions, service or sales calls, and any service disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and operational standards during on-site client engagement.
  • Escalate and resolve any service-related issues swiftly to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training in oilfield services is a plus.
  • 3+ years of oilfield or logistics experience, preferably with exposure to tubular services or dispatch operations.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with OCTG and DOT trucking are preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to recognize and act on sales opportunities in the field.
  • Experience working directly with rig crews, drivers, and dispatch teams.
  • Comfortable using digital tools for logging deliveries, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Ability to work outdoors in variable conditions and maintain a strong field presence.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in sales or service promotion in the oilfield environment.
  • Familiarity with DOT rules and oilfield safety compliance.
  • Background in pipe inspection or casing running services.
