Sales Representative/Licensed Esthetician

The beauty consultant position is all about building clientele and engaging customers in their beauty and skincare needs. A successful applicant will be comfortable with making sales goals, driving business in-store or over the phone, and offering top-tier customer service. We sell professional beauty equipment for the face and body. Our company sells to salons, spas, medical offices, cosmetologists, estheticians, and other professionals in the beauty industry. Education : An electrologist or esthetician license is required Qualifications & Skills: Strong selling skills including over the phone, no cold calling Ability to prioritize the daily tasks Achieve/Exceed sales goals Quick learner Provide outstanding customer service Resolve any customer related problems Excellent computer skills Comfort with working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Self-motivated; ability to work independently but in a team environment Experience with CRM systems is a plus Sales: 2 years (Required) Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:30 am-6 pm Benefits: Paid time off Paid major holidays Employee discounts Health Insurance Dental Coverage 401K
