We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through various communication channels (phone, email, in-person, etc.).
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Business or related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience in industry-specific sales: e.g., SaaS, retail, pharmaceuticals, etc. .
Familiarity with different sales techniques (B2B, B2C, inside/outside sales).
Willingness to travel as needed.
