About the Role:
As a Provider Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in growing and nurturing our network of registered dietitians. You'll be the face of the company to the providers who rely on our platform to expand and streamline their private practice. This is a highly relational, impact-driven role where you'll work directly with providers to understand their goals, present our solutions, and support them throughout the onboarding and engagement process.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage and Educate: Act as the primary point of contact for registered dietitians. Lead compelling outreach campaigns, introductory calls, and product demos to showcase how they can support their business growth.
- Own the Funnel: Drive end-to-end ownership of the provider sales process-from initial contact through onboarding. Leverage tools and data to manage a pipeline of provider leads and convert them into active partners on our platform.
- Build Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with dietitians and nutrition professionals. Act as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate business decisions and grow their client base.
- Customer Insights: Surface key learnings and trends from conversations with providers to help shape our product roadmap, marketing strategy, and onboarding experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a smooth provider experience and align efforts across the organization.
- Drive Impact: You'll have direct responsibility for growing our provider network, making a measurable impact on top-line business growth and network coverage across markets.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5+ years in a provider-facing, business development, or partnerships role-ideally in digital health, health tech, or B2B SaaS
- Experience selling into healthcare professionals or working with clinical audiences preferred
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and comfort managing a pipeline
- Passion for health, wellness, and empowering clinicians to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
