Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative - Construction Equipment at Quest Construction Equipment, located in Saint Rose, LA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities for construction equipment, managing customer relationships, providing product demonstrations, and negotiating sales contracts. The role includes maintaining an understanding of market trends and competitor activities to effectively position Quest Construction Equipment products. Regularly meeting sales targets and providing feedback related to customer needs and product performance will also be crucial tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and sales strategy implementation
- Knowledge of construction equipment and the construction industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and effectively manage time and priorities
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
