We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative to represent T-Mobile for Business, one of the most trusted names in telecommunications. This is a field-based, full-cycle sales role, perfect for someone who's ready to take ownership, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and identify small to medium-sized businesses in the greater Philadelphia area
- Set up and lead face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Deliver tailored solutions that match business needs using T-Mobile for Business offerings
- Close deals and manage post-sale relationships as the client's dedicated account manager
- Build and maintain a growing portfolio of accounts, developing long-term partnerships
- Consistently hit or exceed personal and team sales goals
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starters who are goal-oriented, proactive, and coachable
- Comfortable with outside sales and face-to-face prospecting
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Prior sales experience is a bonus, but not required-we provide full training
