Job Overview
The Sales Representative at Garden States Pavement Solutions (GSPS) will be responsible for driving new business development, building strong customer relationships, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact through project delivery. In addition to selling asphalt and concrete services, the Sales Representative will play a key role in scoping projects, developing accurate estimates, creating proposals, and supporting the coordination of scheduling and project management efforts. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical understanding of paving projects, and strong coordination skills to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of paving industry standards, materials, and processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience selling asphalt and concrete-related services, including but not limited to: milling, paving, sealcoating, asphalt maintenance, and concrete poly lift applications.
Demonstrated professional sales experience, with a track record of success in both CAPEX project sales and recurring maintenance programs.
Established book of business with Property Managers across HOA, Logistics, and Industrial markets.
Strong, documented relationships with key decision-makers in industry associations such as BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and CAI (Community Associations Institute).
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments while maintaining individual accountability.
Tech-savvy with a willingness to adopt new tools and platforms for CRM, estimating, and project tracking.
Committed to continuous professional development and lifelong learning in both sales methodology and industry knowledge.
