Description

Job Description: We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Roofing Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales and lead generation. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting, including door knocking in targeted neighborhoods, strong communication skills, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Actively knock on doors in targeted residential and commercial areas to generate leads, assess roofing needs, and introduce potential customers to our services.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business and ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on completed projects and addressing any concerns or issues.

- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest roofing materials, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.- Consultative Selling: Assess customer needs, provide expert recommendations, and create tailored roofing solutions that meet their requirements and budget.

-Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth for the company.

- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and sales performance to management.

Qualifications:

-Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing, construction, or home improvement industry.

Skills:

-Strong communication skills

-Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

-Strong organizational and time-management skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.

-Demonstrating the ability to understand customer needs and effectively respond with appropriate solutions, while actively engaging in training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with roofing products, services, and industry standards is a plus. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

Salary Description

$80,000-$110,000
