What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and residential sectors
- Leverage your background in residential moving to connect with clients and offer expert guidance
- Drive outbound outreach (yes, both warm and cold.) to grow our client base
- Pitch alongside leadership and collaborate with estimators to craft winning proposals
- Represent the All Season brand with energy, integrity, and professionalism
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts
- Stay active in local networking events and industry groups
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitor moves to stay ahead
What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in outside sales - ideally in moving, logistics, or relocation services
- Experience in residential moving sales is a big plus
- Confidence in lead generation and closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- B2B sales experience is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize, and hustle every day
