Title: Sales Representative - Ophthalmology Medical Devices


Territory: Iowa


Company: Leader in the ophthalmology space with restorative products.


Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell products physician offices,
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within assigned territory.
  • Support existing business while continuing to prospect new business opportunities.
  • Implement marketing strategies and implement sales direction provided by leadership.
  • Successfully complete sales training and continually stat updated on competition.
  • Conduct all job functions with a high level of customer service and integrity.
  • Work productively with internal and external partners.
  • Attend industry conferences as needed.
  • Manage and maintain assigned expense budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ yrs of medical device sales experience, in physician offices. Ophthalmology is a plus.
  • Track record of sales success
  • Great presentation skills
  • Ability to show you can close deals and grow business
  • The right candidate will have a can-do attitude and will exemplify Company integrity


Compensation:

Base salary $85k. Total earnings of 185k if sales plan is achieved. Uncapped commissions, paid monthly, mileage and gas reimbursements, full medical/health benefits, opportunity for growth.
