Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Representative at Total Quality Logistics in Grand Rapids, MI. The Sales Representative will be responsible for connecting customers with truckload freight carriers, building and maintaining client relationships, managing logistics, and exceeding sales targets. This role also involves negotiating rates, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
