Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Develop and implement outbound strategies to identify and engage potential customers

Engage decision-makers in conversations regarding our products and services

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of opportunities

Relationship Management:

Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Maintain accurate and organized records of all prospects and customer contacts, interactions, sales activities, and forecast information

Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients

Sales Excellence:

Develop and deliver customized proposals, quotes, and pricing to meet customer requirements

Collaborate and partner with other members of our sales team

Collect, organize, and assemble data for reports, presentations, and special projects

Work closely with the production team throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high-quality results

Maintain CRM/ERP systems to accurately record and update customer information and sales activities

Market Analysis & Strategy:

Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Identify and target high-potential markets and customer segments

Develop marketing-related initiatives that support sales objectives



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of sales experience or account management experience
  • Submit to pre-employment screening


Desired Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in outbound sales or account management
  • Proficiency in metals, manufacturing, or technical sales
  • Experience with a CRM or ERP platform
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality systems/standards
  • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office
