Territory is covering academia accounts in the Los Angeles market, must live within the greater LA / OC area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and determine how our products can meet their challenges.
- Successfully implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of client projects and support.
- Provide world-class customer service and support, ensuring client happiness and retention.
- Regularly review and analyze sales data to compete effectively in the market.
Requirements
- 2 plus years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the scientific industry or experience working in a laboratory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious approach with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to strictly manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the Sciences

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $53,000.00-$79,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
