Job Summary:

As a sales representative/project manager you will be involved from start to finish with a client's roofing project. The ideal candidate will be driven by honesty, eager to bring in new business, dedicated to customer service, and excited to build long-term relationships.

Our leadership team is dedicated to providing extensive training and support for sales representatives and will continue to support you as you grow within the company.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by cultivating client relationships and creating an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through various outreach channels such as networking, referrals, and lead generation tools.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our roofing products and services.
  • Create estimates to accurately price projects and generate detailed proposals for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain a CRM database with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and client interactions. Follow outlined standard operating procedures to ensure smooth processing of all transactions.
  • Coordinate projects by ordering materials, overseeing job scheduling, and managing roof builds.
  • Follow outlined standard operating procedures to ensure guidelines are followed for all leads, inspections, and jobs.
  • Collect payment for contracts and completed jobs as outlined by company standard procedures.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or referrals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Integrity and Professionalism. A high level of honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior is crucial for this role and will be a deciding factor in the hiring of the Sales Representative.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for results and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks concurrently. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation is a must.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. We are looking for someone who can think independently and come up with solutions. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A teachable mindset. Even if you do not have previous sales experience, we believe the right candidate will succeed in this role. Being coachable, teachable, and open to growth is of utmost importance.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
