Desired Skills and Experience

College degree preferred, but NOT required.
Interest in or experience in Sale, customer service or management experience
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Desire to be active in community
Due to government regulations to work in this industry the following must be met.
No bankruptcies within the last 12 months
If applicable- Not more than $1,000 in collections
No felonies
Be willing to work towards getting your Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
