Position Overview:

We are seeking a charismatic, results-driven Sales Recruiter/Trainer to build and lead a high-performing sales team within IGE. The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record of personal sales success and be able to demonstrate their capacity to sell before taking on the leadership role. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated professional to shape the future of our sales division, while also benefiting from a lucrative compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate personal sales capability by closing initial sales to establish credibility.

Recruit, onboard, and train a dynamic team of sales agents across IGEs diverse brands.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.

Motivate and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Implement performance metrics and regular assessments to ensure continuous improvement.

Create effective sales scripts and handle objection training tailored to different product lines.

Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and support to achieve optimal results.

Foster a positive, goal-oriented environment that promotes collaboration and individual growth.

Report on sales performance, team progress, and strategic improvements to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a top-performing sales professional with demonstrated success in closing deals.

Previous experience in recruiting, training, and leading sales teams.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational skills.

Ability to develop sales training content and coach team members to success.

Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and reporting software.

Self-starter with a passion for sales excellence and team leadership.

Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Compensation:

Compensation for this role will begin immediately, featuring a generous commission structure that rewards early successes. As the team is established and revenue targets are met, the compensation will evolve into a salary plus commission model, with the added benefit of profit-sharing and the potential for a minority ownership stake after a vesting period of 3-5 years. This model is designed to provide substantial short-term income while offering long-term wealth creation through equity.
