What does the position of Sales Recruiter entail?
- This position will be responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating sales candidates for positions within GMS throughout the country
- Uncover top talent through various sourcing channels including Internet job boards, social media, campus activities, and referrals
- Conducting pre-screen and competency-based interviews
- Work directly with Sales Managers to coordinate staffing needs on a daily basis
- Recommend ideas and strategies that contribute to the procurement and retention of quality sales candidates
- Sell and promote GMS to prospective candidates

What are some Qualifications?
- Education - Bachelor's Degree required; or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience - 1-3 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Skills - Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Sales oriented mindset; must be able to sell and promote GMS to candidates
