ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in reengaging prospective clients who previously began the sales process but did not proceed to full enrollment. Your focus will be on reviving inactive opportunities, addressing client objections, and ultimately driving revenue by ensuring no lead is left behind. This role is perfect for someone with strong follow-through, sales instincts, and a passion for client engagement.
HOW YOU'LL BE REWARDED
Unlimited Earnings Potential. Your pay is directly tied to your ability to reengage and convert dormant leads. With a performance-driven commission structure and no cap on earnings, the most successful specialists in this role can significantly increase their income through consistent outreach and client conversions.
Base pay: $17.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours per week)
Commission: Average monthly earnings potential commission of $6,000 - $12,000, depending on performance and reengagement success
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead Management: Review and manage a pipeline of prospects who made an initial payment but did not continue to the next phase of service. Prioritize leads based on potential conversion opportunities and outreach strategy.
Reengagement Outreach: Proactively reconnect with past prospects using phone, email, and SMS to gauge current interest, readdress concerns, and determine their readiness to move forward with our services.
Objection Handling: Identify why prospects paused or declined initial enrollment, and align our solutions with their updated needs and circumstances.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Client Success teams to ensure smooth transitions for reengaged clients, minimizing friction and optimizing the customer experience.
CRM Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all contact efforts, conversations, and outcomes in Salesforce to support accurate tracking, follow-ups, and performance analytics.
Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed outreach goals, reengagement rates, and revenue targets. Adapt strategies based on feedback and coaching to continuously improve outcomes.
The job includes other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or lead recovery, preferably within tax resolution, financial services, or a related industry
Excellent communication and persuasive skills, both verbal and written
Ability to simplify complex information and clearly articulate service benefits
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Strong attention to detail and follow-through with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
High emotional intelligence and client-first mindset, especially when handling objections or concerns
