A busy wellness company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to manage its Personal Training and Body Sculpting departments. This role involves selling packages, coordinating client sessions, tracking sessions, handling billing and collections, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include: - Sales & Client Management:
- Sell personal training and body sculpting packages to new and existing clients.
- Coordinate client sessions, ensuring smooth scheduling and an excellent customer experience.
- Track and manage client progress, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
- Billing & Collections:
- Handle billing, payment processing, and collections for training and body sculpting services.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that arise.
- Monitor feedback and work closely with clients to ensure they are meeting their wellness goals.
- Team Coordination & Growth:
- Work closely with the wellness team to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
- Contribute to the company's growth by driving sales and expanding the client base.
Ideal Qualifications: - Strong sales experience, preferably in wellness or related industries.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Experience in billing and collections is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive and goal-oriented with a focus on growth.
Compensation: - Base salary: $60k - $70k
- Commission: $2k - $2.5k per month
