Manager Sales Product-Surface Finishing position available in the Battle Creek, Michigan area.
Salary range is $90k-$99k. This is a direct hire opportunity working at our client location who is a leading manufacturer. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. One day remote. The Sales Product Manager is responsible for the management of the product line, and results for the surface finishing projects.
Sales Product Manager Responsibilities:
-Leads the group, department, team guided by the company mission and vision.
-Manages, mentors and develops team members.
-Promotes the company brand
-Owns department processes
-Drives and coordinates continuous improvements
-Manages the sales team
-Analyzes sales
-Ensures time, cost and EHSS targets are achieved
-Supports revenue strategy
-Key areas of responsibilities include process output, marketing, sales.
-Measure the incoming business
-Sales Forecasting
-Leadership and management duties
-Drives sales growth
-Business operations to include establishing department and team goas, enforcing safety, quality and maintains sales processes
-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Sales Product Manager
-Bachelor's degree and minimum of 4-8 years' of previous experience working in related field
-Working knowledge of ERP systems
-Interpersonal skills
-Understanding of manufacturing processes
-Strong leadership skills and working knowledge of general business software & MS Office Suite
-Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position
